Our rates will always be lower than traditional Internet travel providers or travel

When you do travel, you’ll not only get the lowest possible rates on resorts; hotels;
cruises; car rentals; all-inclusive vacations; custom travel package and escorted

all of the details, so you don’t have to.
Do I get any discounts on airfare?
Good news! Though, airlines do not provide discounts, Grand Getaways guarantees
the LOWEST price on airfare at the time of booking.
In addition, your exclusive GrandAir Card, included in your membership package,
gives you access to rebates up to $500 per year. Rebate amounts vary depending on
the base value of the airline ticket.
When placing your reservation request, mention that you would like your GrandAir
Card to be applied toward your booking.
Your reservation agent will verify whether your flight qualifies for the rebate.
You will receive an additional $500 GrandAir Card each year upon renewal of your
membership. That’s quite a savings on airfare.

up-to-date, minute-by-minute itineraries.
Since there are more than two million fare changes daily, it is virtually impossible
to show every price and itinerary on our website.

Are the resort weeks included in my membership fee, and how many am I entitled to?
The number and types of weeks included in your membership vary by the level you
purchased.
Resort weeks are available to our members at a deeply discounted rate… up to 50%
off!
Premium Weeks (also referred to as Any Time Weeks) typically range from $249 to
$899, depending on the location, unit size and time of year.
Hot Weeks or Short Notice Specials average from $199 to $399 for the entire week.

Can I upgrade my membership at a future date?

Your membership website provides access to many travel packages, itineraries and
destinations.
You can even submit a downloadable vacation planning form to start the process.
Or, you can speak with a Member Service Representative to submit your request on
a personal level.

Can I speak to the same travel specialist when I call to review my booking?
Chances are you’ll develop a unique relationship with your travel specialist over
time.
He or she will learn your preferences, whether flying, cruising or driving.
This enables your specialist to suggest and custom-design itineraries just for you.
Simply request to speak with him or her when you call.
However, should you prefer to avail yourself of a variety of agents, you certainly
may. It’s your choice.
What if my travel dates and/or locations are not available?
Due to our vast number of travel partners, we are usually able to fulfill our member
requests.
In the unlikely event that your particular travel dates are unavailable, our agents
will work diligently to present exciting alternatives of equal or even greater value.

How much advance notice is required prior to booking a vacation?
Required advance notice varies. Here are some helpful guidelines:
Resorts/Condos: You may reserve Member/Premium Resort Weeks from 24 hours to 12
months in advance, and Hot Weeks/Short Notice Specials from 24 hours to 60 days
in advance.
Vacation Packages: Pre-planned tour packages typically require four to six weeks
advance notice. For Custom Tours, we recommend six to eight weeks advance notice.
No advance notice is required for Airfare, Car Rental and Cruises, but you’ll receive
better air fares with a minimum of seven days notice.
Our highly trained reservation agents have years of experience and can advise you
regarding specific requirements depending on your plans.
Can I cancel my reservation after it is confirmed?
Possibly. Your Personal Vacation Specialist will advise you at the time of booking.
In general, the following guidelines apply:
Airfare: Changes to domestic airfare incur a penalty of $50 to $150 per
person; changes to international airfare, $250 or more. Base prices may increase.
Some fares cannot be modified.
Cruises: Cancellation penalties vary; typically the closer you are to the
sailing date, the higher the penalty. Last minute sailings may not allow for any
cancellation refunds.
Hotels and Car Rental: Some reservations may be canceled up to the day
of arrival; some are nonrefundable, others may require a set number of days notice.
For ultimate peace of mind, purchase travel insurance; we make it easy and affordable.
What if I find a better price than Grand Getaways travel quoted?
No problem! We have built the foundation of our program on our Price Match Guarantee.
Should you find a lower price within 24 hours of a quote for the same exact itinerary
from one of our agents or through gograndgetways.com we will meet or beat it.
Understandably, we ask that this price is verifiable and available to the general
public for the same exact travel itinerary.

Choose from studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units in room categories ranging
from budget to luxury.
All units feature upscale amenities, such as plasma TVs, granite counter tops, full

The standard room size is significantly larger than most hotel suites and offers
all the comforts of home – along with the coveted perks of a luxury resort.
What are the various Grand Getaways membership club levels currently available?
